My childhood

I'm chinese. I grew up in a small town called Nanping in southern China. In my childhood memories I never had a real toy bought from a store because my dad was from a large family and he was the oldest brother, so he needed to support the whole family, including my grandparents, my uncles and anties, and he never had extra money for my toys. But it was ok with me since I had a lot of fun from making so many different kinds of toys by myself. The most exciting things were going hunting and catching snakes because Nanping was surrounded by mountain and two rivers. I was always enthusiastic when we captured something because I knew we would have something yummy for few days. Swimming was another thing that brought me a lot of fun......
